I travel a lot for work. I am also very farsighted, so trying to do my makeup without my trifold mirror with the magnification is a challenge. It's honestly very frustrating because I travel for work and it's important to me that my makeup doesn't look like it was applied by a 4-year-old. With the 3 and 5x magnification on this mirror, I can see to apply eyeliner, and I can check to make sure everything is actually blended okay.This is a lifesaver for my confidence when I am on the road. It packs up very small so it doesn't take a lot of space. Good quality mirrors. Worth every penny.

This is a very nice small travel mirror set. I thought it would be bigger, but it does measure out to be what it said. It just looked bigger in the pictures to me. It folds up nicely, and has a nice weight to it. It has a beautiful aesthetic, it's really lovely. I have a love/hate relationship with items like these that you have to charge - I love that I don't have to buy batteries, but I hate that it doesn't have a battery indicator, and it could basically go off when I am in the middle of using it and that would not be good based on what I'm using it for. Otherwise, it was packaged very nicely, includes not only the charger, but a charging cube (I do wish they would have included a cube where the prongs fold in, as it seems the prongs sticking out could damage it during travel), but a very nice bag was included to transport the mirror in, which also had a pocket for the charger and cube - nice! The bag and mirror all seem to be made of very nice materials. The design is a little off, and I've deducted a star for it, however. It is top heavy and the stand does not hold it up very well, you have to be sure to position it with gravity so as it doesn't topple over - so the stand should have been a little more heavy weight, I think. Also, I don't 100% understand the reason that the left mirror is broken into a 3x and a 5x magnification on the left - why not just make it a full 5x? I like to use the stronger magnification to see up close and personal, and the 3x doesn't do that for me as well, and I have to kind of hold the mirror upside down to get close enough to the 5x on the top, so then a hand is tied up. Just a bit odd. Hopefully the mfg takes these ideas into consideration and upgrades future editions of this mirror, because this set is not inexpensive, so should work a little bit better in these areas, I believe, but overall this is a pretty nice set and something anyone who travels would be glad to have.
